Tag Center
Use the Tag Center to view all personal and shared tags that you or other users have applied to WebCenter Portal items and to access the items that are tagged.
The Tag Center is divided into three areas:
Tag Cloud
The Tag Cloud panel provides a view of all personal and shared tags. Select from Cloud view and List view.

Search Tags |
Enter a term, and click the Search icon. All tags that include the term display in the Tag Cloud. The All Tags/My Tags list updates to include all tags containing 'searched_tag_name'. For example, if you search for the term |

Click to toggle between the Tag Cloud and the Tag List. The Tag Cloud provides a visual depiction of user-generated tags. Tags are clustered according to your selected sorting option. The importance of a tag is shown with font size; that is, the larger the font, the more frequently the tag was applied to that item. This makes it easy to find the most frequently used tags. The tags in a tag cloud are linked to a list of items to which the tags are applied. Click a tag to display the items to which it is applied in the right panel of the Tag Center. The Tag List is a list of user tags that are linked to a list of items associated with the tag. Click a tag to display the items to which it is applied in the right panel of the Tag Center. The Tag List is arranged according to your selected sorting option. |

Click to open the Sort Options dialog to arrange the display of the Tag Cloud. Choose from: Sort By:
Sort Direction:
Click the Sort button to apply your sorting selections. Click Cancel to exit without sorting. |

Click to refresh your view of the Tag Cloud. The Tag Cloud updates with any applied tags, and newly removed tags are removed from display. |

Refine Tag Results
The Refine Tag Results panel provides methods for further narrowing the display of tagged items. Additionally, you can use controls in the Refine Tag Results area to reset the Tag Center to display items tagged with a refinement tag or by a refinement user name.
Selecting a different tag in the Tag Cloud removes all refinements.

Tagged By |
A list of users who applied the current tag. Select a refinement user to limit the displayed tagged items to only those instances tagged with the current tag and tagged by the refinement user. For example, if the current tag is Optionally, click the Clear current selection and select refiner_name icon ( Note: A Presence icon also displays next to each refinement user. Click it to open a context menu with options for contacting its associated user instantly. |
Tagged Items
The Tagged Items panel lists all items tagged with the currently-selected tag and any selected refinements.

List of Tagged Items |
A list of items to which the currently selected tag and any refinements you have selected have been applied. The list includes the display name of the item and additional data, such as the other tags applied to the item, the number of persons who tagged the item, and the date the item was last tagged. Click the item display name to navigate to the item itself. |
