4.1 Upgrading Kubernetes 1.12 to Oracle Linux Cloud Native Environment

You cannot upgrade from Kubernetes 1.12 or earlier and add the cluster to Oracle Linux Cloud Native Environment. You must perform a new deployment of Kubernetes using the Platform CLI.
