Oracle Hardware Management Pack generates output that causes high volume of call-trace traffic on Oracle Linux

Bug ID 22538152

Issue: When running utilities and agents for Hardware Management Pack 2.3.5.0, the following display message (dmesg) may appear in the Oracle Linux system logs: Program fwrxmldiff tried to access /dev/mem between f0000->101000. This output will cause high amounts of call-trace traffic for fwrxmldiff in the system when running high stress testing of HDD and SSD storage performance and storage data integrity.

Affected operating system: Oracle Linux 6 Update 7 and 8, and 7 Update 2

Workaround: A fix for this issue is planned for a future release of Hardware Management Pack.
