1. On the Drug-Event Combinations page, click Select Rows.
2. Select the check box of one or more drug-event combinations.
3. Click Document Review.
The Document Review dialog box appears.
Note: If the signal configuration supports private comments and you want to add a private comment, click Add Private Comment instead of Document Review.
4. From the Comment drop-down list, select a comment.
5. In the Detailed comment text box, provide a comment by typing in the text of the comment. This option is available if the appropriate site option has been set.
6. Click OK.
The comment is added for all of the selected combinations.
A list of all comments added to a drug-event combination appears in the Comments section of the View Signal History page. You can also view counts of the comments added for combinations involving a drug on the Drug Comments page, or select a drug and view detailed comments.
