5.6.1 Introduction

The A_DeviceIntervention (universal) CMET represents information needed to report a possible device related event. It captures the procedure related information that is relevant to medical device adverse event reporting. The relevant information includes items related to the procedure itself, component parts of a more general procedure act, as well as ancillary information related to the procedure.
