STEP 3: Log in to your InForm studies

After your SSO account is set up and you have completed all the required training, your Study Administrator manually authorizes your access for each InForm study you are assigned to.

  1. After a study is live, you will receive an access authorization email for each study you are authorized to access, from saasadminsupport_ww with the subject line Oracle – [Customer Name] INFORM [Study Name] - Access Authorization.

    An access authorization email is sent for each study you work on for a Sponsor.

    • The email contains the study authorization information and the study URL.
    • Receiving this email confirms that the SSO account setup and study authorization process is complete.

    Note: It may take some time before you receive the email with the study URL after you complete your training. The Study Administrator must manually grant you access to the study after you have completed your training and the study URL is available.

  2. Log in to the study using your SSO account User Name and Password.

    After you successfully log in, depending on how your study is configured, either the IAMS landing page (default) or the My Oracle Bookmarks page appears, and displays the InForm SSO-enabled studies you are allowed to access.

Note: The two SSO account emails are sent only when your account is created for the first SSO study you work on for a Sponsor. For more information, see STEP 1: Log in and update your SSO account information.
