Describes a specific point in a source file.

Method Summary
`int`	`getColumn()` Returns the text column number for this source position, or -1 if it is not known.
`int`	`getLine()` Returns the text line number for this source position, or -1 if it is not known.
`int`	`getOffset()` Returns the character offset for this source position relative to the start of the file, or -1 if it is not known.
`URI`	`getSourceURI()` Returns the URI of the source file, or null if it is not known.
