A programmatic way of creating new nodes to be inserted into the DOM for databinding
Creators are only called during "create" operations and are not involved with "bind"
operations. They are chiefly responsible for returning a document fragment which will
then be inserted into the DOM at the given location (although this is configurable with the
result - see CreatorResult).
Technically, creators can manipulate the DOM directly, but this is discouraged as there is
no gaurantee that a creator will have a transaction open at the time that it creates the
node (although this is typically given).
Clients may be interested in subclassing BaseCreator2 or BasePattern instead of directly
implementing this interface.
