Prerequisites for Creating an Application

In order to create an application, the following conditions must be met:

  • After analyzing available historical data, you have created a set of requirements and developed an application design that supports your requirements.
  • Security components have been set up. See Managing Users and Roles in Getting Started with Oracle Enterprise Performance Management Cloud for Administrators
  • At least one user has been granted the Service Administrator role of the application instance.
