Setting Up Property Clusters

A cluster is a collection of individual properties that are grouped together for sales or revenue purposes. Properties may also be clustered if they are in close proximity to each other. Clustering may help with the sharing of assets between properties. Properties may be associated with many different clusters depending on the purpose of each cluster.

Clusters must be assigned to users before users can see them in the My Clusters list. If users have access to only one property in a cluster, they do not automatically have access to the other properties in that cluster.

Before you carry out this procedure, you must add a number of property records to be included in the cluster as described in Adding Property Records.

To set up a property cluster, you must do the following:

• Creating the Property Cluster
• Assigning Clusters to a User
• Using Cluster Visibility
