Using Cluster Visibility
The most important aspect of cluster visibility is the fact that a sales representative can view records for all properties in the cluster, even if that user does not have access to all of the properties. This allows users to be aware of opportunities, quotes, orders, and so on, that are occurring in all properties in the cluster. It also enables resources clustering for products at other properties. This task is a step in Setting Up Property Clusters. Table 5 details the screen views for which cluster visibility is available. For each of these views, the sales representative is able to view all records associated with properties in the cluster.

To assign cluster visibility to a user
- Assign the appropriate user to the property teams, as described in Updating the Property Team.
- Assign the appropriate clusters to the user, as described in Assigning Clusters to a User.
The user will now be able to view all records (described inTable 5) associated with the properties in that user's clusters.
NOTE: Even if the user is not assigned to a particular property, that user will still have visibility for the records associated with that property, if the property is in the clusters that were assigned to the user. This means that records for that property will only be available in the Clusters visibility filter in the list of records, and not in any of the other visibility filters.
To view cluster records
- Navigate to the appropriate screen view, for example, Quotes List view.
- In the visibility filter for the list, click the drop-down arrow, and select the Clusters filter.
The records associated with all properties in your clusters are displayed.
