Contact Call Treatments


Contact call treatments are available in Siebel Pharma Marketing and Siebel Pharma Campaigns only. Contact call treatments are executed through the Siebel Pharma sales application. Use the Contact Call treatment view to define specific product messages to be delivered as part of pharma call detailing. The contact call treatment view consists of the following view tabs:

  • More Info. This form contains fields that you use if the contact call treatment requires approvals from your marketing and legal departments. It also provides a unique identifier for the treatment in the treatment code field.
  • Response Templates. Use this list to create potential responses to the product message created as part of the contact call treatment. For instructions on how to create response templates, see Associating a Response Template to a Contact Call Treatment.

To create a Contact Call treatment

  1. Navigate to the Offers screen > Contact Calls Treatments view.
  2. In the Treatments list, create a new treatment.
  3. From the Channel drop-down list, choose Contact Call.
  4. In the Treatments list, complete the remaining fields.

  5. Click the Contact Call treatment name.
  6. In the More Info tab, complete the fields.

Associating a Response Template to a Contact Call Treatment

Response templates associated with a contact call treatment determines the choice of responses that can be recorded as part of call reporting in Siebel Pharma.

To associate a response template to a contact call treatment

  1. Navigate to Treatments screen > Contact Call Treatments view.
  2. Click the treatment name.
  3. In the Response Template list, create a new record.
