What's New in this Release?

In this release of Siebel Customer Order Management, many of the features are the same but the names or nomenclature might have changed. However, there are feature enhancements you need to be aware of that affect the operations of some business processes or workflows when processing customer, employee, and partner interfaces. These enhancements are listed in Table 2.
