Adding Responsibilities for Store-and-Forward Messaging
The responsibilities listed in Table 6 are related to Store-and-Forward Messaging system administrator or users.

Field Engineer - Handheld |
Allows access to the Service Handheld application views. NOTE: You must add this responsibility to both the System Administrator (SADMIN) and the users of the Siebel Service Handheld application.

Field Technician - Handheld |
Allows access to the Service Handheld application views. NOTE: You must add this responsibility to both the System Administrator (SADMIN) and the users of the Siebel Service Handheld application.

SMQ User |
Allows access to the Store-and-Forward Messaging administration views and certain Siebel Handheld administration views. NOTE: It is important to verify that all Store-and-Forward Messaging administrators have the SMQ User responsibility.
