A Telnet connection to PDU is not supported. Attempting to connect using Telnet should be rejected. This occurs when using Telnet with IPv4. With Telnet over IPv6, the connection is not rejected and the connection is not disconnected until the connections times out.
Workaround: None. Do not attempt to connect to the PDU through Telnet.
