Booting a System From the Network

This chapter provides information about booting an Oracle Solaris system from the network. Unless stated otherwise, the information applies to both SPARC and x86 platforms.

Note -  To perform network based booting and issue commands described in this chapter, you must have the appropriate rights profiles. See Using Rights Profiles to Administer Boot Features.
