Resolution of project deployment—successful and unsuccessful—depends on delivery of a Success or Failure status message to the project’s workflow. Under rare circumstances, this message is never delivered, and the project stalls indefinitely in the workflow’s Wait for Staging Deployment Completion or Wait for Production Deployment Completion stage. When this happens, the Business Control Center Admin Console shows no deployment information for this project as active or pending.
