You can also control access to Workbench by creating Workbench user profiles.
Business users log in to Workbench with basic user name and password authentication. The user name and password are defined in a user profile created by the Workbench administrator. A user profile contains the following information:
user name
password
roles and permissions
user identity information such as first name, last name, and email address
