Products that are not part of any collection appear in the Unassigned Products list at the top of the collections list on the Catalog pane. Unassigned products do not appear in the navigation for your store, though shoppers can search for unassigned products that are marked as active.

You can create new products in the unassigned products list, though you cannot move existing products to it from other collections. You can view and work with unassigned products just as you do any other product: Open the list and click a product to display and edit its properties.

To move products out of Unassigned Products, drag them to another collection.
