From the Reports tab you can access the Customer Service report. You will see it listed in the left section of your screen under the Site Traffic menu.
Oracle Commerce Cloud Service reports categorize your web store’s returns and exchanges data under the following category:
Overview – displays information relating to the number of exchange and return transactions that have occurred for the selected timeframe and chosen currency value, as well as for the number of items affected by such transactions.
