Viewing Compensation Process Statistics
Oracle Sales Compensation maintains an audit history of all processes. Process types include Collection and Calculation.
To view process statistics:
1. Navigate to the Processes form.
By default, choose Process Log from the Administration menu.
The Process Logs form is a folder form which you can customize for your needs. See the Oracle Applications User's Guide for more information about folder forms.
By default, the Process Logs form displays this information:
Process: Either Collection, Classification, or Calculation.
Log ID: The log id of the process.
Parent Log ID: The id of the parent process, if any.
Started: The date and time this process started.
Completed: The date and time this process stopped.
Request ID: The id of the concurrent process assigned by the Concurrent Manager.
You can use the Find window to display a range of Request IDs or Log IDs.
2. Enter the Log ID of the process you want to audit and run a query or use the Find window to locate the process.
Use the process log id number Oracle Sales Compensation gives you when you calculate compensation. See Calculating Compensation for more information.
3. Choose Process Log to display the messages generated for the process.
Translated: Oracle error messages and any other informational messages.
Debug: Messages generated for Technical Support.
Both: Both Translated and Debug messages are displayed.
