Copying Systems
You can copy one or multiple systems based on the attributes of the currently defined system. Each new system automatically receives a unique numeric name. All other characteristics of the new system are the same as the base system. For example, you have created a system comprised of a PC, fax machine, laser printer, and scanner. You need 14 additional identical systems. Instead of entering the same data 14 times, Copy Systems takes the base system data and creates the 14 new systems.
To copy a system:
