MRP New Features

Auto-release Planned Orders

For plans generated with the Memory-based Planning Engine, you can set a time inside of which planned orders for items are automatically released as WIP jobs or purchase requisitions. See: Auto-release Planned Orders.

Byproducts

The functionality to include by-products (negative requirements) in planning material requirements has been added. See: Negative Requirements.

The option to peg supply information to all higher level demand information, up to and including the top level assembly, has been added. The Oracle Object Navigator has been added to produce a graphical display of supply/demand relationships for an item. See: Overview of Full Pegging and Viewing End Demand.

Net Change Replan

The option to simulate changes to the conditions on which your material requirements plan is based has been added. See: Overview of Net Change Replan and Replanning Net Changes.

Planner Workbench

New folder windows have been added to enhance Planner Workbench performance.

Supply Chain Planning (BETA) New Features
