Preparing to Release Assignment Rules

Table 36 lists the administrative tasks for preparing for and releasing assignment rules. Perform these tasks in the order provided, if they are applicable to your deployment.

    1. In Siebel Tools, complete several tasks.

    2. In the UI, check the Check Employee Calendar field for each assignment rule you want to assign by availability.
