Reloading Service Regions to the Appointment Booking System Cache Manually

This task is a step in Process of Setting Up Scheduling.

Perform the following procedure to reload information to the ABS cache.

To reload all data to the ABS for a service region

1. Navigate to the Administration - Scheduling screen > Service Region List view.
2. In the Service Regions list, select a service region.
3. Click Load ABS.

   Clicking this button erases all data for a service region in the ABS cache and reloads this data from the database. For each service region, this is an asynchronous request to the Siebel server.

   NOTE:  If a row limit has been imposed, all the data may not be loaded into the ABS cache. See Overriding a Row Limit for more information.
