Managing Event Room Block Information in Quotes

When a quote is generated for an opportunity, the followings activities occur:

• Sleeping room availability for the room block is checked.
• Sleeping room pricing is launched, which generates the pricing information for all sleeping rooms.
• Room blocks and room block line items are mapped to property-specific rooms and line items.

Alternatively, when a quote is generated from a nonparticipating property, sleeping room availability and pricing are not performed, and the generic room block information is simply replicated for the quote.
