Previewing Offers

You can preview what an offer looks like when received by a contact or prospect in the following ways:

• Click Verify and Preview in the appropriate Edit Template view. Clicking this button previews the selected template and tests the behavior of conditional content to various merge field values. For more information, read the section in this chapter that applies to the template you are using.
• Use the Test Offer feature. This feature is one way to confirming configurations for email, fax, and wireless offers. For example, when you use this feature to test email offers you confirm configurations such as Email Marketing Server configuration and proper template setup for use in multipart MIME.
