Contact Call Offers


Contact call offers are available in Siebel Pharma Marketing and Siebel Pharma Campaigns only. Contact call offers are executed through the Siebel Pharma sales application. Use the Contact Call offer view to define specific product messages to be delivered as part of pharma call detailing. The contact call offer view consists of the following view tabs:

  • More Info. This form contains fields that you use if the contact call offer requires approvals from your marketing and legal departments. It also provides a unique identifier for the offer in the offer code field.
  • Response Templates. Use this list to create potential responses to the product message created as part of the contact call offer. For instructions on how to create response templates, read Associating a Response Template to a Contact Call Offer.

To create a Contact Call offer

  1. Navigate to the Offers screen.
  2. In the Offers list, create a new offer.
  3. From the Channel drop-down list, choose Contact Call.
  4. In the Offers list, complete the remaining fields.

  5. Click the Contact Call offer name.
  6. In the More Info tab, complete the fields.

Associating a Response Template to a Contact Call Offer

Response templates associated with a contact call offer determines the choice of responses that can be recorded as part of call reporting in Siebel Pharma.

To associate a response template to a contact call offer

  1. Navigate to Offers screen.
  2. From the Offers link bar, select Contact Call Offers.
  3. Click the offer name.
  4. In the Response Template list, create a new record.
