Phone Offers and Direct Sales Offers
Phone offers and Direct Sales Offers are available in Siebel Marketing and Siebel Campaigns. Use the Phone Offers view or Direct Sales Offers view to define telemarketing offers to be executed using Siebel Call Center or another application. Table 30 shows the view tabs in the Phone Offers view.

Offer Details |
This form contains more fields that you can use if the phone offer requires approvals from your company's marketing and legal departments. It also provides a unique identifier for the offer in the Offer Code field. |
Literature |
This list shows the company and product information associated with the phone offer. You can add additional items to this list if desired. For more information, read Associating Literature with Offers. |
Related Events |
Displays events relating to phone offers. |
Advanced |
This form associates an Offer Group with the phone offer. This tab is not available in the Direct Sales Offers view. |
