This section has been updated with details on fine tuning a Communications Driver's profile parameters.

Setting Up a Response Group

Extra input parameters have been added to the Input Arguments table in this section. Some of the existing parameters were incorrectly named, and this has been corrected.

This is a new section that details how real-time events flow through the CIR. It also provides details on event recovery procedures. This section also incorporates the Scenario for Communications Inbound Receiver Events, which has been updated with explanatory diagrams since the last release of this guide.

This is a new section that details how to set SSL Server parameters in order to enable cryptographic authentication.

About Processing Email with Workflow Manager

This section has been updated with details of the workflows that need to be activated in order that Email Response can run on the mobile client.

Modifying Frequently Used Siebel Email Response Process Properties

This section has been updated to correct the names of some of the frequently used Email Response properties.

Finding Junk Email (Workflow Subprocess)

In the section Adding Keywords to Decision Points, the comparison between the MsgSenderAddress Property Name and the Process Property was misleading as was the email address given as an example. This has now been corrected.

Setting Up Siebel Email Response for International Deployment

This section has been updated with details about ASCII support for global email addresses.

Troubleshooting Siebel Email Response

The troubleshooting table has been updated with new scenarios about response group limitations, and also with information about the status of emails in the My Communications list.

This is a new section that details a workaround for displaying emails that have been tagged as faxes in the My Communications.

More detail has been provided on the GetResponseText and ParseText methods to help the user to understand how these methods are used.
