Viewing Detailed Account Transaction Information


Detailed account transaction information is available through the Accounts view.

To view detailed transaction information

  1. Begin a customer session and click the Accounts session tab.
  2. In the Accounts list, select an account for which you wish to see details of recent transactions, and do one of the following:
    • Drill down on the account number.
    • Click the Details button.
  3. Review the transaction information as described in the following table:
Field
Description

Post Date

The date of system execution.

Item Type

The type of transaction such as check or deposit.

Item #

The official document identification, such as check number.

Description

A detailed description of the nature of the transaction, such as mortgage payment or interest payment.

Amount

The actual amount of the transaction.

Points Earned

Any special program points, for example, frequent flier points.

  1. Return to the customer session summary view by clicking the Contacts menu item.
