Working with Related Contact Information


If using Siebel CRM, complete the following procedure to review, add, or remove the related contact information for the account.

To work with related Siebel CRM account information

  1. From the Account Call page, click the Attendees tab.

    The Attendees table for the account call appears. It contains the following fields:

    • Name. The name of the attendee.
    • Contact Number. The telephone number for the attendee.
    • Last Visited. The date of the last visit to the attendee.
  2. Sort the Attendee list by clicking the column headings in the table.
  3. Review the current information about the associated attendee.
  4. To add a new attendee for the account:
    1. Click Add.

      Clicking Add changes the Accounts quick list to a subset of the Contact quick list that contains contacts belonging to the account.

    2. Drag the required contact to the Attendees table for the account.
  5. (Optional) To remove an existing contact record for the account call, click Delete (X) beside the attendee record in the Attendees table.
