Displaying the Professional Call Page


You can display the Professional Call page using the following procedure.

To display the Professional Call page

  1. From the Sales application banner, click Call Activity.

    You can also click a scheduled call for a contact on the calendar, or click a vCard for a contact in the Call Plan area.

  2. Expand the Professional Call page at the bottom by clicking the right arrow or clicking the Professional Call title bar.

    The Contact Detail page is minimized, enabling you to view the expanded Professional Call page. You can view the basic call details in the Professional Call banner and the current contact for the call in the Contact banner.
