Validating an SPA Claim (Supplier)

This task is part of Process of SPA Quote and Claim Management.

To validate an SPA Claim

1. Navigate to the SPA Claims screen and select an SPA report of status Submitted.
2. Click Validate.

   This triggers the workflow process HTIM Validate Claim Items and the Claim Status updates according to the results of the workflow. For more information about the workflow process, see Workflows for High Tech and Industrial Manufacturing.

   On the form beneath the SPA Claims list, the Claim Cost field shows the aggregate value of all approved claim line items.

3. Drill down on the report to review the transaction status of the individual line items associated with the SPA report claim.
