Associating a Service Charge with a Property

Use the following procedure to associate a service charge to a property.

This task is performed as part of Service Charge Administration, which is a step in Process of Setting Up Charge Codes, Taxes, and Service Charges.

To associate a service charge with a property

1. From the application-level menu, choose Navigate > Site Map > Tax Service Admin > Service Charges.
2. In the list of service charges, query for the service charge and select the Properties tab.
3. In the Properties list, create a new record.
4. In the new record, click the select button in the Name field, select a property and save the record.

   The remaining fields are automatically populated with the property information.
