Setting Up Indivisible and Configured Specific Space Suites

The process of creating specific space suites is similar to the process for setting up specific spaces.

This task is a step in Process of Setting Up Function Spaces, Sleeping Rooms, and Suites.

To set up an indivisible specific space suite

1. From the application-level menu, choose Navigate > Site Map > Property Administration.
2. In the Properties list, query for the property record, and then click the Specific Space view tab.
3. In the Specific Space list, create a new record, and complete the suite information such as Name, Physical Area, and a description.
4. In the new record, select the Suite check box, and then save the record.

   If the Suite check box is not visible, expose it by selecting the menu button and choosing Columns Displayed. Flagging the record as a suite helps users locate suite-specific space.

To set up a configured specific space suite

1. From the application-level menu, choose Navigate > Site Map > Property Administration.
2. In the Properties list, query for the property, and then click the Specific Space view tab.
3. In the Specific Space list, create a new record, and complete the fields.

   NOTE:  Make sure the check box is selected in the Suite field.

4. Scroll down to the Components list and click New.
5. From the Add Component dialog box, select a component, and click OK.
6. Save the records.

Repeat Step 4 and Step 5 to select additional components.
