Setting Up the Suite Category and Assigning Suite-Specific Spaces


An administrator can set up a category to group indivisible or configured specific space suites. After creating the category, the administrator can assign suite-specific spaces to the category.

This task is a step in Process of Setting Up Function Spaces, Sleeping Rooms, and Suites.

To set up a category for suites

  1. From the application-level menu, choose Navigate > Site Map > Property Administration.
  2. In the Properties list, query for the property, and then click the Category view tab.
  3. In the Category list, create a new category, and set the value in the Type field to Suite.
  4. Complete the remaining fields and save the record.

To associate suites with a category

  1. From the application-level menu, choose Navigate > Site Map > Property Administration.
  2. In the Properties list, query for the property record, and then click the Category view tab.
  3. In the Category list, select the suites category, and then scroll down to the Specific Space view tab.
  4. In the Specific Space list, click New, select a suite-specific space, and save the record.
