Configuring the Conversion Date

Use the following procedure to configure the Currency Conversion date to a date other than the Order Created date.

To choose a currency conversion date other than the default Order Created date

1. Using Siebel Tools, query for the business component Incentive Compensation Calculation Workbook.
2. Select Business Component User Property.
3. Create a new record with the following:

   Name = Order Currency Conversion Date

   Value = the date field name in the business component Incentive Compensation Calculation Workbook

   For example, if you want to use Status Date (called Transaction Date in the business component field) as the Currency Conversion date, set the Value to Transaction Date (Value = Transaction Date).

4. Compile the business component Incentive Compensation Calculation Workbook into the .srf file.

   With this user property, you will be able to configure the date field for order currency conversion in the calculation engine.
