This chapter describes the Siebel Incentive Compensation Employee Balance feature, including the compensation administrator and end-user roles and the procedures specific to each role. Employee Balances are the total amounts due to employees, based on their earnings to date and the amounts already paid to them. Payment Releases are the amounts the administrator authorizes to be released to employees.
