Reviewing an Employee Compensation Calculation
The Employee Calculations view lists the transactions for the employee and the employee's compensation amounts. You can use this view to verify that the employee is receiving credit for the right transactions and to verify that the credit for each of the transactions has been accurately allocated. If the employee receives compensation for the order or the line item, that amount is displayed in the Compensation field. If the employee receives compensation for an aggregation of orders or line items, or if the employee receives compensation for an employee transaction (MBO, KSOs, time available, leads, service levels, and customer satisfaction), then a record is created for the employee indicating the compensation amount.
To view employee calculations
- From the application-level menu, choose View > Site Map > Incentive Compensation Tracking > Employee Calculations.
- In the Employee Calculations list, query for the employee whose compensation you want to review, and then drill down on the hyperlink in the Last Name field of the record.
- Review the information in the Calculations list, and Calculation Detail form.
