Reviewing Total Compensation (End User)


The employee can review details of total compensation using the My Compensation view.

To view total compensation

  1. Navigate to Incentive Compensation > My Compensation.
  2. In the Positions list, select your name, and drill down on the hyperlink in the Last Name field.
  3. In the Compensation Detail form, click the show more button.

    The following table describes the fields in the Compensation Detail form.

    Field
    Comments

    Account

    Customer account responsible for the compensation.

    Award Earned

    Description of the award.

    Calculation

    The rate calculation formula used by the calculation engine, if applicable.

    Comments

    A text field for comments.

    Cost

    Cost of the product or the order.

    Credit Allocation

    Amount of credit for the deal that is being allocated to this employee.

    Gross Earnings

    The employee's gross earnings for the plan rule.

    Groups

    Name of the group associated with the plan rule.

    Margin

    Total margin for the order.

    Net Discount%

    The net discount percentage used for this line item. This field is used for compensation when the plan rule has a performance measure of % Discount.

    Net Price

    Net price of the order.

    One-Time Award

    When the check box is selected, the recognition award is only applied one time.

    Opportunity

    Opportunity associated with the order.

    Order

    ID number of the order.

    Order Amount

    Total amount on the order. For order records, this is the total amount for the order. For line-item records, this is the total amount the product is contributing on the order (Net Price multiplied by Quantity Requested). This is the field used for compensation when the plan rule has a performance measure of Revenue. The order amount is displayed in the currency defined on the order.

    % of Payout Factor

    The results of this plan rule is multiplied by the % Payout Factor to determine the final gross earnings for the rule.

    % Prorate

    The Ratio of Payment Amount divided by Total Order Revenue.

    % Prorate does not pertain to Quota Prorate.

    Performance Measure

    Performance measure that is used for this aggregate rule. Two record are created for plan rules that have two performance measures.

    Plan

    Name of the compensation plan.

    Plan Participant Target Incentive

    The target incentives associated with the plan participant.

    Plan Role Target Incentive

    The target incentives associated with the plan role.

    Plan Rule

    Name of the plan rule associated with the compensation plan.

    Plan Rule Type

    Type of plan rule.

    Product

    For a line-item record, this is the product being sold. The field is not populated for order and calculation-type records.

    Product Line

    For a line-item record, this is the product line for the product. The field is not populated for order and calculation-type records.

    Qty Requested

    Number of units requested for the product. This field is used for compensation when the plan rule has a performance measure of Units.

    Qty Shipped

    Number of units of the product shipped.

    Quota

    Name of the quota.

    Quota Credit Allocation

    This percentage represents the portion of the revenue that is included as Quota Credit.

    Rate Used

    Rate used (for example, 5%) to compute the compensation.

    Record Type

    Type of transaction. Options are System Add, Manual Add, or Adjust. Manual Add is for records created manually and Adjust is for an adjustment record in the Transaction Workbook. The default is System Add when records are imported using the server process.

    Score

    Score used to calculate compensation.

    Site

    Location (city, state) associated with the transaction.

    Status

    Status of the compensation.

    Status Date

    Date of the most recent status.

    Transaction #

    Transaction number associated with the order.

NOTE:  Replaced calculation runs do not appear in either the Quota Achievement or the Quota Achievement Analysis view.
