Creating Plan Hurdle Criteria

After you associate the hurdle, you can define the criteria associated with it.

CAUTION:  The following procedure assumes you have already associated a hurdle with a compensation plan.

To create hurdle criteria

1. From the application-level menu, choose View > Site Map > Incentive Compensation Administration > Plans.
2. In the Plans list, select the plan, and then drill down on the hyperlink in the Name field.
3. Click the Plan Hurdles view tab.
4. In the Plan Hurdles list, select the hurdle and drill down on the hyperlink in the Name field.

   The Plan Hurdle Definition form appears.

5. In the Comparison field, enter a logical operator to indicate how to evaluate achievement against the hurdle

   The following table lists the operators:

   Operator	Description
   =	% Quota is equal to a percentage value
   <	% Quota is less than a percentage value
   >	% Quota is greater than a percentage value
   <=	% Quota is less than or equal to a percentage value
   >=	% Quota is greater than or equal to a percentage value
   <>	% Quota does not equal the percentage value

6. In the Value field, enter a comparison numeric value.
7. Complete the remaining fields.
