Getting a Subject Keyword (Workflow Step)


The Get Subject Keyword step takes the text of the subject line and returns the first word in the subject line. The Subject Keyword = ? decision step uses this keyword to call the appropriate Process Service Request subprocess. See Figure 15 for an illustration of this process.
