List of Values Type for Reason Code


If you are supporting reason codes for your call or contact center agents to choose from when they specify that they are not ready to receive work items, then you may need to modify the appropriate List of Values type, to put the values required for your call center in the associated list. The reason code values appear in the applet Transfer Multiple LOV Popup Applet, which displays when agents specify the Not Ready state for any or all supported communications channels. By default, this applet is multi-select enabled. Modify the List of Values type named REASON_CODE.
