Error When Downloading the Client


If Auto Install is not working, you need to download the client manually. For more information on how to install the client manually, see Downloading Client Software Manually.

If you are continually prompted to update your client even though you know you have the latest version, click Cancel and try to join again. If this does not work, close your Web browser and reopen.
