Siebel Incentive Compensation Administration Guide > Introduction >
How This Guide Is Organized
Siebel Incentive Compensation Administration Guide provides compensation administrators with information necessary to create and administer incentive compensation plans. In addition, information for end users is included for relevant topics throughout the guide.
In general, this guide is organized according to the process flow that will most likely be followed by compensation administrators. Each chapter starts with a conceptual overview of the process and terms, and then takes a task-oriented approach to specific tasks in the process. Compensation administrators should familiarize themselves with the entire guide, reviewing the procedures in the order presented. End users (sales managers and representatives) can read those portions of chapters specific to their needs. The appendixes provide supplemental reference material.
Table 1 lists the chapters and appendixes, and indicates the audience for each.
