Synchronizing Server Components


After making sure the Communications Management and Workflow Management Component Groups are enabled and the proper workflows have been activated, you must synchronize server components.

To synchronize server components

  1. From the application-level menu, choose View > Site Map > Server Administration > Enterprise Configuration.
  2. The Enterprise Configuration screen appears.

  3. In the lower list, click the Batch Component Admin tab.
  4. Click Synchronize in the upper list to synchronize server components.
  5. NOTE:  Do this once after the initial server installation and also each time the Batch Components are modified.

  6. Stop and restart the Siebel Server and Gateway Server after synchronizing.
