Sharing Content on the Content Server

Content on a SharePoint server can be shared (promoted) to the Content Server, moved to the Content Server, unlinked (checked out from the Content Server and returned to the SharePoint server), and deleted from just the SharePoint server or both the SharePoint server and Content Server. All these actions can be performed by using the Web Part Menu for a selected document. To perform these tasks use the following procedures.
