BEA WebLogic Platform 8.1 includes: WebLogic Server, WebLogic Workshop, WebLogic Integration, WebLogic Portal.

List of Supported Operating System Configurations

The following table lists the operating system and hardware configurations that BEA supports for WebLogic Server 8.1 and WebLogic Platform 8.1 releases.

Note: WebLogic Platform 8.1 includes WebLogic Server 8.1 Service Pack 1 (SP1). The WebLogic Server 8.1 release was available before the full WebLogic Platform 8.1 release.

WebLogic Server Process Edition 8.1 is only supported on the same configurations supported by WebLogic Integration 8.1 SP3 and later versions. It is not supported on all the configurations supported by WebLogic Server. (WebLogic Server Process Edition first became available when WebLogic Platform 8.1 SP3 became available.)
