Installation Information

For the standard method of installing WebLogic Platform and WebLogic Server, appropriate for all operating systems except those listed in Table 5-1, see Installing BEA WebLogic Platform. Note: WebLogic Platform 8.1 includes WebLogic Server 8.1 Service Pack 1 (SP1). The WebLogic Server 8.1 release was available before the full WebLogic Platform 8.1 release.
